Jim and I began this blog as a way to share our knowledge and resources about property management and real estate marketing. We believe that the best programs come from a finely-tuned combination of traditional and new media. Marketing convergence at its best. For years, the industry asked what we were going to do when the shift happened, when the buyer was empowered with unlimited information and endless choice, when the media landscape fractured. Well, while we were talking about it, it happened. The world changed.

But it changed for the better. What was sacrificed in reach has been more than made up for by the ability to target your message to a nearly one-on-one communication with your customer. Your market isn’t sitting in one place any more, but that’s okay, because now you can reach them virtually any where, any time.

Entertainment and retail have been capitalizing on this right out of the gate, but there’s no reason you can’t too, as a property management or real estate marketer. And here we’ll be discussing some resources, trends and tools to help you do just that.
